Commission Guide

1. Payment Methods

• International payments in USD through PayPal.
• Guatemala payments through Banco BI or Banrural (with a photo of the deposit).

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% at the beginning and the remaining 50% upon completion of the commission.
• Alternatively, full payment can be made at the beginning.

3. Process

• Work begins after the initial payment is received.
• A sketch will be sent for approval before moving into the final artwork.
• Up to 3 revision rounds are included during the sketch stage. Additional revisions cost $3 USD each.
• Major changes requested after sketch approval may require an additional quote.
• Completion time can range from a couple of days to a month depending on project complexity and other factors.

5. Usage Rights

• Commissions are for personal use unless commercial use is agreed in writing before payment.
• You may post the commissioned artwork online with credit.
• You may not resell, reproduce, heavily edit, trace, remove my signature, or use the artwork for profit without permission.
• I retain the rights to the final artwork and may share it in my portfolio or social media unless privacy is discussed before starting.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Payments become non-refundable once commission work has started.
• If I need to cancel before completing the commission, we will discuss a fair refund based on the work already completed.
